                  - 2¼ c all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¾ c unsalted butter, melted & cooled
- 1 c brown sugar + ½ c white
- 1 egg + 1 yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla • ½ tsp salt
- 1½ c chocolate chips
Instructions
                
                  - Heat oven to 350°F (175°C); line 2 sheets.
- Whisk flour + soda + salt. In another bowl, whisk butter & sugars; beat in egg, yolk, vanilla.
- Fold dry into wet; stir in chips. Scoop 2 tbsp mounds.

                  - 4 slices country bread
- 6 oz fresh mozzarella
- 1 tomato, sliced • basil leaves
- 1 tbsp butter • 1 tsp olive oil
- Pinch salt & pepper

                  - Heat skillet med-low. Butter outer sides of bread.
- Layer mozz, tomato, basil; season.

                Ingredients
                
                  - 6 bone-in chicken thighs
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 8 oz green beans • 3 carrots
- 1 lemon (zest + juice) • 4 garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil • oregano • thyme
- Salt & pepper

                  - Heat oven 425°F (220°C). Toss veg w/ half oil & herbs.
- Rub chicken w/ remaining oil, zest, garlic, herbs; season.

- Sear 2–3 min/side in hot skillet with oil.
